About Alford Drum Coaching

Alford Drum Coaching is more than just music lessons—it’s a transformative drumming experience designed to inspire, challenge, and empower students of all ages. Founded by Bryan Alford, the program combines a rich blend of influences to create something truly unique. Rooted in the drum class concept taught by Dr. Dennis Rogers, Alford Drum Coaching integrates team-based sports dynamics, the high-energy stage presence of performances like "Sticks of Thunder" and "Stomp," and a six-level ranking system inspired by Taekwondo. This ranking system fosters a competitive atmosphere, motivating students to strive for excellence and reach the next level.

Students join either the Gold or Blue team, receive 50-minute focused lessons, and participate in gamified learning that builds confidence and character. But our program goes beyond the drumsticks—students enjoy professional photo shoots, custom merchandise, and tailored playbooks, making their journey truly unforgettable. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced drummer, Alford Drum Coaching provides the tools, mentorship, and support to master your craft while having fun.

We also offer unique experiences like Date Night Drumming, where couples, groups, and even corporate teams can connect through rhythm, teamwork, and engaging trivia. With a foundation of mentorship and a focus on performance, Alford Drum Coaching is more than a program—it’s a community where rhythm meets growth, creativity, and opportunity.
